As the nation celebrates Older Americans Month, Costigan is championing a message that resonates with the more than 700,000 women over 60 in Colorado navigating major life
transitions and asking, “What’s next for me?”
Through her platform, Next Verse, Costigan inspires women to embrace their “You Years”—a season of reinvention, possibility, and living more fully.
“Winning isn’t about the crown—it’s a calling,” said Costigan. “I want women to know some of their best songs may still be waiting to be sung.”
After years of outward success paired with deep self-doubt, Costigan experienced a profound personal transformation in her 60s that led her to become a rock singer, speaker, and advocate for women seeking a more authentic and expansive life.
Today, she inspires women to realize they are not finished becoming who they were meant to be—and that some of life’s most meaningful experiences may still lie ahead.
